I have a broadband and fixed line with telkom and its been 2 days since reporting the problem to Telkom (they supply both services - and i use this term very loosely).

I have been calling numerous times to chase telkom as I need these services for my business.

To date, I have received no meaningful feedback.

Really sad how you treat your customers and the bad attitude to fix faults even though I am still paying for a non existant service.

The staff at n1 city were unhelpful and seemed smug about the fact that they could just deflect me to the call centre. Even the call centre were hopeless and refused to let me speak to a supervisor.

The bosses of telkom should pay a visit to their operations and see how ineffient and unhelpful their staff really are.
