Utter disrespect of clients and Incompetent staff

After returning for the third time with documents to collect my credit card from the branch (Absa, Brandwag Bloemfontein) again the staff said the documents was incorrect. I however asked them the previous two times if everything was in order and they replied that everything was all right I just had to get my pay slip stamped by my employer, I had my payslip stamped and returned only to find out my proof off adres was incorrect, but why was in correct the previous time but incorrect this time? I then proceeded to cancel my credit card because I do not have the time to go to the bank and stand in a queue four times for something as simple as collection of a card.
This tells me either the staff is incompetent or they just have the attitude of not wanting to help me and they have absolutely no regard of the trouble and the time it wastes each time a clients has to go to the bank.
This makes me reconsider my relationship with absa, because if something as simple as a credit card can cause so much trouble and time wasting what will I have to go through when I want to apply for a home loan or car finance.
