VODACOM-----HOW PATHETIC!!!

I have been a vodacom subcriber since 1996. i was a platinum client since 2006. i have 3 account with vodacom off which all three tallys to about R4500-R5000 per month. my average is about R4000 per month. i phoned in march to confirm the platinum status. all was in order. the reason why i am so adamant about that status is the service you get from the platnum line is great. so i phoned in got to the call centre in a reasonable time, th guy who assist me tells me that he is not trained to handle my query. his name is morne, but he will lock a call for them to phone me. today i phoned in again as he promised they would phone after 8 this morning. when i phoned they a rude rude lady with the name of chanell at the call centre tells me that the call was never locked. i asked to be transfered to a manager after which she sighed and transfered me. the manager, Jason Kilowan told me that i have to wair for 72 hours. i told him mtn is gvining me the same package with beter service and i want answers. he told me that i am free to proceed with the transfer to mtn, because their turn around time is 72 hours and that is t. after 17 years of never once been in arrears this the trreatment. bad
