Non existent platinum status

When i logon on to my vodacom account, my platinum status is clearly evident as it shows my status but there is where it ends.the platinum call centre is adamant that i do not have platinum status even though their own website proves it.nobody at vodacom is prepared to help even though my account has been wit them since 1994
