I phoned Vodacom Call centre on the 7th Oct to request for an Itemized Billing report for September. I was asked to send a letter requesting the itemized billing together with a copy of my Id. This was send on the 8th at 10:17. I received a sms as confirmation that my query was locked and another sms to confirm my fax was received. The sms said it will take 24 hours to process. This meaning that I would receive the billing report on the 9th of October. On Friday the 11th I phoned again the call centre as I still did not receive the billing report. The consultant promised that I would receive the report on Monday the 13th Oct. Still nothing... I phoned again the call centre this morning and spoke to Pumelo who said the query is still pending and they cannot provide me with the billing report as yet. I asked to speak to a manager as I need this report URGENTLY. Pumelo advised me that I cannot speak to a Manager as I need to wait until the query was resolved. Does Vodacom not know how to count. The initial 24 hours are now. 5 working days later, so 24 hours of Vodacom are now 120 hours later. Can I please get my billing report TODAY.
