I received my account and was told that I have r33.05 outstanding which was not true as I have R4000 credit on my account.

Had to wait 8 min for a reply and then asked so many security questions and all I wanted to know what the status of my account is. The person at vodacom was rude and unhelpfull. When I asked to rate the service, he asked me if he would get a good rating? I replied in a negative and he asked why. I explained and he then said ok and put the phone down in my ear. This is extremely rude. Secondly I have had this account for more than 10 years with a average bill of R2400pm. But if vodacom does not want my business, I will phone one of the other providers and change to them.
