I have been a Platinum client for a while now and it was indicated on the web that i could upgrade on 1 May, i preordered the Samsung S4 a lady phoned and said they could have it delivered on that friday and i need to call and confirm this. a very rude gentleman answered and said that i just cant upgrade regardless of the date indicated on the web. i phoned vodacom and was advised that i can now only upgrade next year June as i am no longer a platinum client. If i spend thousands a month on vodacom and this is the service i get, i will move my contract to another provider as this type of service is unacceptable
