I had a sim swop done on Monday the 29th April, today is 1 May and my phone can still not find the 8ta network. I have been pushed from pilar to post with every single call made to the call center resulting in a different explanation to my problem, and none of them resulting in resolving my issue. One agent told me yesterday that my sim was faulty I must go back to the store where I got it, as I walked into the store the guy that had originally assisted me apologized that the sim swops had not been activated as he got a email from the tech team" SO HE KNEW ABT MY PROBLEM" but know one at the call center had a clue. All I am saying that is do not trust in this service provider, like the thought may be in your head "YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH TELKOM" that is exactly it. I am sure we have all had to deal with this useless governmental run organization in our lives, well I can tell you nothing has changed 8ta are exactly the same. " CUSTOMER? WHAT'S THAT? BAD ATTITUDE! BAD ATTITUDE! BAD ATTITUDE!!!
