On Friday, 10th January my partner and I went into the telkom direct store. We walked into the store 15h20 and only got assisted 16h10 and then the consultant Kim still shows her annoyances with us cause we were querying 3 accounts. She was not helpful, showed no interest in solving our problem. She showed attitude and annoyed, just wanting to get done with us. She made printouts of the accounts but did not even explain anything. We had to figure out ourselves which printout for which account. If Kim does'nt know how to work with people then she must find a new occupation. Because of her attitude I will never go back to that store.
