Imessage not activating on Telkom mobile

Telkom seem to not allow Imessage to be activated on their network, all other networks allow this, why are we buying an Iphone for the functions that it offers but the network cant provide it and make it work, yet the advertise it, you call the call center and they cant help, they useless and dont even know what an iphone is. how do we get our imessage working!!!

Please can you post some information on your site on this or email customers, this is not acceptable at all and you are in breach of contract
