Bought a new phone that requires a micro-SIM, walked into Brooklyn Telkom Mobile store, filled out forms/application and was told a SIM swop would be completed in 2 business days. Subsequent calls to their helpline/Customer Service resulted in explaining the problem to more that 5 different call handlers, being asked to return to the store twice, and being cut of twice. The last handler indicated that the service we requested should have been resolved in store when we originally applied, and committed to escalate back to the store for speedy resolve.
