8ta/Telkom mobile - worst service provider!!

I switched to Telkom mobile/8ta service provider for better signals and service. During the first two months everything went well.
Yesterday when I tried to recharge from my internet banking (as I always do), it kept saying the service provider is off-line. I phoned in to lay a complaint last night and got nowhere.
This morning I tried to recharge again and still got nothing, phone the call centre again and they said I must lay the complaint on the website. As I am sitting here, I'm trying to get on ANY telkom website with no luck (I've obviously already tried that since I first experienced the problem - THEIR WEBSITE DOESNT WORK ACCORDING TO ME AND MY COMPUTER!!
Finally I asked my husband to recharge my phone from his Internet banking and there was no problem EXCEPT that I NEVER GOT THE MONEY ON MY PHONE!!! I'm still trying to sort this out and got nowhere with the manager at the call center.
I"m working from my cellphone, so I can't make calls to my clients.
I can't recharge with a voucher because I far away from any store with Telkom vouchers.

This is costing me tremendous embarrassments already today!!
