25 months billed for 24 month contract

My contract commenced 14 MArch 2011, with a full bill going off in April 2011 (thus Virgin charged me a full month's of airtime for half of March 2011). I woiuld have expected this to be a pro-rata month, but fine.

Guess then what happened when my contract ended now halfway into March 2013? They again loaded full airtime for the couple of days - resulting in another FULL bill going off in April 2013. That's 25 full months Virgin!! After probably about six calls to Virgin, Tsepho at Retentions finally offered me half the month's fees off (so they know they are in the wrong!!). When I refused and asked to speak to her manager (Binki), she said they would get back to me later. I am still waiting a week later. And... the full debit order still went off yesterday!

Virgin is VERY CUNNING to load full airtime for contracts commencing into a particular month. WATCH OUT everyone! I am planning to ask my bank to have the payment reversed, but Patrick this morning (when I called again) said they will then take me to Court over this. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!?? I SIGNED A 24 MONTH CONTRACT!!
