Waiting 3 days and still no feedback on contract

I thought maybe telkom mobile 8ta would be a better telkom but looks like its still the old Telkom. I went to Kenilworth Center 28/09/2013 was promised by Mariam from the 8Ta mobile store she will have answer by Sunday and i had to phone the morning for feedback. Then monday i foned then was promised to be foned at 10am and still no phone call. If its decline then say so. If it was vodacom or mtn you get answer while you there. Not once did i receive a curtsy call to keep me in the loop. I had to phone a few times even thou i was promised to be called back. Really poor service from that telkom mobile store. Please phone the KC store in Cape Town and tell them not to worry with processing my contract any further i will go some where else.
