Debiting my account illegally

I had a contract with them and my contract ended in November 2012, I went and requested that their service be terminated hence I was not willing to renew they still debited my account in January 2013 I went back to 8ta to lay a complain at the store in Maponya mall, they made me fill in another request to terminate the contract with them, I went to the bank to stop the debit order, on that day I received 3 phone calls from different agents asking me if I have no intentions of renewing my contract, I told them NO, today May the 1st 8ta debited and amount of R565 from my account, Please Peter help me, I do not know what else to do, I can not close my bank account because of them, I need my money they took from me and I need them to stop debiting my account.

Please call me and let me know what I have to do next, I am desperate
