Wrong Account

I act on behalf of my daughter who is now living in Zambia. I have been trying to rectify my daughter's MTN account since November 2012. I have made personal visits to Mtn Branches. I have send letters. They just keep on adding to the amount outstanding. Now they have handed the account over to debt collectors. I acknowledge that the account is behind but the amount is wrong. All I need is someone from MTN to take responcibility and assit with the problem.
