I took out a loan from wonga, because my account was overdue, they handed me over to debt collectors. Eventually the debt collectors deducted the total amount of funds from my account of which I was owing to wonga, a month later when i logged onto my wonga account it still shows that I owe wonga money. the debt collectors was advised to send the proof of payment to wonga on my behalf of which they kindly did. Every time i try to contact wonga i am transfered to an operator who clearly cannot help me out.
