Maravedi what is happening there at your offices? I had two russells accounts on my name which were later handed over to debt collectors because I was unable to pay them.
Now I have settled those two accounts and I have received paid up letters. One was held by ADRS an the other was held by Gerhard Van der Merwe Attorneys. These accounts were settled early December 2012.
And then on the 27/03/2013, I receive another threatening SMS that "Legal Action has commenced on your Russells account, PLease call MCS on 0861547855 with Ref 3100287 within 24hrs.
When I call this MCS, they tell me that there is R1287 outstanding??? What the??
What is going on? Where is this amount coming from?
I have paid up letters, which money do you want from me now? I know I was a bad payer because of financial problems. I have settled your accounts. What do you want from me? Why are you not talking to the debt collectors that I paid money to?
Please!!! Stop traumatizing me. I have paidall your outstanding amount in full. Must I be treated like a criminal even after I have settled your accounts?
Please! sort it out between yourselves and leave me out of it>
