I pre-ordered the Galaxy S4 through the Cellc website around the 22nd April. After hearing nothing up until the 29th, I called Cellc Direct only to be told that my order is not on the system. Disappointed, I then ordered through the Cellc website again (not a pre-order this time as the phone has been launched). I have yet to receive any sort of feedback since ordering either. This is awful response times for a service offered via your website!
