PERSONAL LOAN

My husband had a loan with FNB. At the end of November two debit orders went off his account, nobody knows why. An outstanding amount of R1 074.00 was left for this loan. My husband phoned and was told that the account will be settled in December for the above amount which was done. So according to us this account was settled and paid off. Then all of a sudden one amount was put back on the loan account, but not put back into my husband bank account. January no payment went off then 26/2/2013 more than the debit order amount went off. We have been to the Lambton and Alberton Branches already but they keep on phoning the collections and my husband speaks to them and that it is the last we hear, We will phone you back. According to us this account should be have been settled in December, and the bank owes us money. Interest is just adding on this account and every month an amount goes off. Please help because nobody returns out calls. Bad, bad service.
