I have send the following email [Email Removed] & didn't receive any response. "I joined Black Tag last year as one of my friends are a permanent member of Centurion Gate. His name is Rudi Wagner. The consultant explained to me the benefits of the Black Tag namely affordable price, no 1 or 2 year contract obligations - just I months cancellation notice at any time and I am allowed to use almost all the facilities at any given time! For R99.00 a month this was exactly what I was looking for. Great was my disappointment now when I found out that the consultant (a black guy) whom suggested the black tag to me, never informed me that I can only gym when my friend goes to gym. It has almost been a year now and I am frustrated to say that I miss gym often due to my friend's working schedule. You can also refer to the gym records of Rudi Wagner on your system. The Black Tag is not at all that I have ever hoped for and also I can't achieve the goals that I have set for myself due to unregular exercising that is out of my control. Could you kindly inform me where I may send a cancellation letter to and what information is needed as I no longer wish to proceed."
