I posted a complaint on Hello Peter on the 4th June regarding the cancellation of my Black Tag which i had tried to do on numerous occasions at the gym. I then received a reply on the 12th June saying that it had in fact been cancelled. Now i notice that at the beginning of October I am once again being billed for the black tag. This is not good enough Planet Fitness and although we are only talking about R99 a month, why should i pay for a service that I am not using and have tried to cancel over and over again!
