Fals information and bad service

Joining in Jan 13 we decided to take the Black Tag option. The Gym did not have black tags in stock and they gave us a red tag. It was promised to us that we will have a personal trainer for one session to work out a gym program. We made an appointment but he never showed up. They informed us that they will have black tag in 3 days but it took a month. Due to work we could not gym for a while. When we started to gym again they did not want to let my partner through saying I do not have a black tag. It took us almost an hour to get everything sorted out. I received a call saying I have an outstanding fee of R189. 00.I could not understand how I can be owing money if I signed a debit order and I know it went of every month. They informed me it is for the Black Tag. From day 1 there has been problems! I have only received bad service and would like to cancel my contract. When we joined we specifically asked how it works if we should cancel the gym contract and it was stated that we would be liable for 10% of the outstanding amount.
