My account with planet fitness is a debit order account. They have not debited my account or sent me statements for the last 5 months and I have now become aware of this because my membership has been put in arrears as they have failed to debit my account. I would like to know why I cannot get assistance at the Centurion gate branch, telephonic or at the head office in resolving this. I have also spoken to member who are also on Vitality with a Black tag and seem to have similar issues. If my credit rating has been affected negatively in anyway due to Planet Fitness's inability to bill my account or inform of error's on there system or the overdue payment I will refer this to my legal team. Please contact me immediately as Discovery still bill my account and this is POOR service which seems to be the normal at Planet Fitness.
