I am so disgusted at the WAY VIRGIN ACTIVE HANDLED MY ACCOUNT-WHEN I SPOKE TO LUNGELO I SAID ACCOUNT WILL BE STTLED END OF MARCH-OFFWICH I HAVE AND NOW YOU TELL ME TO CONTACT NBA WHO HAVE NOW ADDED R200 ON MY ACCOUNT FOR WHAT I DO NOT KNOW-I WILL LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE CREDITOMBUD AS MARCH HAS NOT ENDED AND I DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU SAY ACCORDING TO THE TELEPHONE RECORDS I SAID SETTLE END MARCH -LAST I LOOKED AT THE CALENDER WAS THE 27 MARCH 2013.SO I HAVE ACTUALLY NOT DEFAULTED ON THE SETTLEMENT DATE.i HAVE PAID R300.00-R500.00 AND R330.00-if you think money grows on trees you cabn pay them-I HAVE HAD DIFFICULTIES PAYING BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL PROBLEMS HENCE I CALLED TIO MAKE THE ARRANGEMENT WITH lUNGELO.
