Terrible service and frustration caused

I'm not surprised i cannot find a store anywhere anymore

Never been so angry and frustrated in my life, i never complain always just accept non sense but NO MORE!!!

My Account has never been correct from day one
I wanted to cancel my account, had to send proof (Virgin Vitals) proving that my contact ends in July and not September. Saving almost R700.. cause their system was wrong
Then the gave me a handset settlement, which i paid and was asked to settle my account for that month which i did.
Halfway thru March got a bill for R1391, immediately contacted them and they said its a mistake
Relief...
End of March R1391 was debited off my account... Called and fought for over an hour...
Was told that i haven't paid my account.. Written off as bad debt.. My details have been sent to ITC

I was so angry that when the lady put me on hold i felt like i was blacking out...
More arguing... Eventually she says it was a mistake and they will send my money back in 14 DAYS.. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. I DIDN'T BUDGET FOR THAT...
As for the ITC... they will send me a letter

I DO NOT CARE FOR THE LETTER. I FEEL WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IS ILLEGAL SENDING MY INFO TO ITC AND ITS THEIR OWN MISTAKE
