Zero Balance has grown to almost R300???

I received an sms to pay my outstanding Virgin Active account to the amount of R752.00 in March 2013.

I called the number provided on or near to the 22/03/2013 and spoke to Tshepo who informed me that if I pay the account a month later an extra R100 would be added which would increase the balance to R852.87.

However on reviewing my finances I decided to settle the account to the amount of R752.87 on the 25/03/2013 to bring my balance to R0.00.

Since then I have been receiving constant harassment from the call centre agents demanding payment which has grown again to well over R200. I fail to understand how a R0.00 balance can grow.

I think that Virgin Active should be ashamed of the collection agency they have employed and as a result I will neither fly Virgin Airways, train at their gyms or be associated with any product or service that falls under their banner.

MBD Attorneys are a boiler room of incompetence and are a disgrace to the legal profession!!!
