HOW CAN I MOVE YOU??? REALLY NOW

Have been calling Virgin Active call centre several times to cancel my membership and to date no one has cancelled instead they have deducted the R300 from my bank account. Firstly I called last year informing them that I was going on maternity leave and that my visits would decrease. I asked if that would impact my monthly gym instalments and was informed that if I go and swap my card for a certain number of days I could qualify. Unfortunately due to complications with during my birth I was unable to go to gym to qualify for my Vitality discount. I went ahead and cancelled Vitality.

I have called Virgin call centre in March about two times and they have no records of my calls to cancel and they are still looking for their money. I spoke to Lumnka on the 8th March after she left message on my voicemail that I should call them back. She confirmed that my membership has not been cancelled and they want money. I informed her that I cancelled and rather waiting for someone to call and refund me. They have no records of my calls and Lumnka just said I am calling from a private number and they cant trace that. She was not interested at all and said her manager will call me and everyday
