I have bad experience with Virgin Active for year as a Discovery health member there are certain benefits when joiing with Virgin active. Its been just false advertisement as when you get to Virgin active none of the said aadverts is available I wrote in this year about the rude staff at their gym and now the manager Tracey lee after jhandling my quiry for sometime wth empty promises on the sessions I was due for I spoke to her per telephone I prefer to pay my account in advance as I did with the current membership and no debits it was mid March on the 31 March 2013 they processed a stop order withou my consent and I send her an email they must just cancel my membership and reverse the deduction as it was not agreed on. I paid via credit card for 6months but they made deduction on my cheque account. I Send Tracey an email for cancel on the 4th to date no response. Virgin active fails me always
