My building insurance with Virgin was supposed to start on 1 April 2013. When I initiated the contract in February, an already unpleasant affair, Mlu the call centre agent said there system cannot future date the schedule and it would reflect a starting date of 1 March 2013. He said THEY will correct this to 1 April closer to the time and I do not have to do ANYTHING. Payment went of on 1 March 2013, with no surprise to me. I called the call centre AGAIN on 5 March, spoke to Peace, who said he needs to listen to the calls and will give me feedback. He called back the next day stating that I was correct and the money will be returned to my account. It is now the 12 of March, 7 days later, and NO money was returned to my account. The monthly premium and the initial admin fee were taken, on which I am now paying interest. Poor show Virgin.
