I was on vitality which was removed from bankmed medical aid and we where switched to Momentum Multiply.
i have been with Momentum since Jan, Momentum have been billing me as well as Virgin Active.
450 from Momentum and 600 from virgin as i have a national pass.
i Called in and spoke to a consultant who advised that i would be refunded? nothing has happen as yet.
i called in today morning the agent advised that their system was offline and she would call me back and still nothing. i want to be refunded from Jan 2013 as this is appalling from you.
