I went after 19h00 to spin on my own as my days dont allow to join spinning classes. On previous occasions I requested my CD to be played by staff members in the spinning studio which have been done in the past. On my request at reception a gent said that he would assist me. 10 minutes later he was assisting another guest through the gym. I approached a young Lady on the top level explaining to her if she can load my CD. She was stop by " Annetjie" / Hannetjie " old lady informing her that the public are not allowed to play ther music on their system. I dont mind that, but then please provide music when its requested and dont say you dont have CD's as the studio's are blocked out from the main gym. There is nothing worse to train with no music in the back ground and nothing worse to get attitude from staff. However the young lady was trying her best.
