I registered for Momentum multiply on 7 January and I received the email confirming that I am registered. I was told that I had to phone Virgin active within 48 hours and inform them that I am now with multiply so that they can update it on their system as well as pay me back my pro rata membership fee that I had to pay in full on 1 January 2013. I phone virgin active the same day and they have not received the confirmation that I am registered and I had to phone back the next day. I did so everyday until Friday 11 January to find out from momentum what is wrong. They informed me that they will have a look and phone me back. I am still waiting for a call. I would like Momentum to sort this out ASAP as this is for me and my fianc? and I would also like momentum to pay me back the pro rata that Virgin active cannot pay me back as this is a momentum mistake.
