Monthly Fee refund

My wife and I are member of Virgin Active (Membership number 1380945520 and 1382367198) since October 2012. In year 2012 were we member of Vitality and this year we should have been converted to Momentum Multiply (Membership numbers 2006051253700 and 2012056810408).

In January and February 2013 I had a problem, Momentum Multiply did not send our memberships to Virgin Active for conversion and we were charged full fees for Virgin Active Gym. In January I complained to Momentum and February 2013 Momentum Multiply send my Membership (2006051253700) only to Virgin Active for conversion. My wife's membership (2012056810408) was not converted and Virgin Active and is Virgin Active is charging me R539.00 membership fee since January 2013 for my wife.

I am paying Momentum Multiply R169.00 plus R377.30 for our membership per month.

I phoned Virgin Active and I spoke to Linda about my refund from January to April 2013. Linda from Virgin Active told me that they are not going to refund me. I need a refund of R2156.00 for four months from Virgin Active. I can not pay two companies for one thing.

Momentum Multiply should activate (2012056810408) with Virgin Active.
