STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN REFUND AND STILL CONFUSED

Between momentum and Virgin active, I do not know who is worse! I joined multiply, they were very fast to debit my joining fee, but when the time came to get my gym discount, nothing happened. I've been advised by Virgin active that momentum has not yet activated them as my gym on their system - which i believed since I was with the consultant who tried setting me up on momentum and the system notified us that i was already a member of Multiply. I keep on being told my Virgin active that I will be getting my refund and yet nothing has been done to date. I would not refer either of these companies to anyone and had it not been the fact that I'm FORCED to use these service providers, I would have definately NOT used them and cancelled both memberships!! Disgusting service.
