Momentum and Virgin Active double deduction

I recently migrated from Vitality to Momentum multiply. I advised Virgin Active of same as well as as Momentum Multiply. Virgin advised that Momentum will be deducting my gym fees. Virgin has deducted an amount of R 539 for the month of December 2012 and January 2013. On the 28/01/2013, I received an sms from Momentum advising that they will also deduct an amount of R 384.00 for the month of January 2013. So in essence, I will be paying R 923.00 for my gym fees for the month of January 2013. I tried caling the call centre, I am transfered from person to person, and when i try again the call centre is always busy. if this cannot be resolved, I would like to cancel my membership with Vrigin and Momentum and probably go with Planet fitness. I must add that the comparative service with Vitality leaves much to be desired, and light years apart. The service from vitality was excellent, efficient and one always received feedback. Clearly, the process of migating to momentum multiply was not a well thought otu one
