I have been trying for nearly a year to cancel my virgin active membership though Momentum Multiply. Momentum continue to deduct money from my account despite various e-mails to Virgin Active and momentum. Contacting momentum via telephone is useless. I hold on for more that half an hour only to be passed from person to person and nobody can help!!!
Now I want all the money back that they have as well as full cancellation of Multiply!
