As a Bankmed member I had a linked Vitality membership which was terminated on the 31st Dec. 2012 due to Bankmed & Vitality terminating their contracts with each other. Linked to this is my Virgin active membership which costs me R417.10 per month & is paid by myself via debit order. Bankmed has partnered with Momentum Multiply. Signed up with Momentum Multiply active 1 Jan. 2013 so that I can continue at Virgin active at a discounted rate.31st December 2012 Virgin active debits my account for R1525.00.Virgin active call centre says it is due to my inactive momentum multiply profile. Momentum informed me via email on 2nd Jan. 2013 that my profile is active. I am still waiting. Numerous calls to the on 8, 14, 15, 16 and 22 Jan to resolve the issue but no luck. I am still waiting for return call from Thokozani who was due to resolve the issue. TERRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE, PATHETHIC SERVICE
