I joined virgin active over 2 years ago never had a problem with anything up until feb when i joined momentum i applied to change my membership at the gym to suit the benefits of my medical aid now when i applied everything was all good up until 2 days later i came to the gym only to see on entrance that my membership at the gym had been cancelled i went to one of the consultants at the virgin active where i train and tried to sort the problem out as we thought it was a virgin actives mistake only to find out that my membership was cancelled by momentum i contacted momentum the next day to find out why, only for them to pass the buck on virgin active to say that i hadnt paid my virgin account so that same day after work i went to virgin active to check my account and i was all upto date on my payments the following day i called momentum and they told me that i have to sit with the virgin active consultant and call them and sort it out, now i work Monday to Friday 6 to 6 and cannot afford to get out of work to sort this problem out as momentum is closed by the time i get to gym i just feel that momentum is totally unprofessional and have unqualified staff at dealing with customers
