To whom it may concern
I was billed the full amount of R635 instead of the usual R105 (member of Liberty medical aid) for January and when I called last week they said I could choose whether I wanted the refund or for them not to bill me for the next 5 months. This is a lot of extra money to take off and especially in January so I definately wanted the refund of R500 plus. Now I call today to follow up and they say its already been lodged that I not get charged for the next 5 months. I asked the lady to change it and she said she cant its already gone through. Sorry but I didnt even get a choice, please dont make this my problem after Virgin are the ones who incorrectly billed me. I want a refund please!!!
