I have recently converted from Vitality to Multiply and Virgin active billed me the full retail price for gym membership for January.
I was supposed to be refunded for this amount as my gym fees now go to momentum. I was assured on the 15th of January by one of the call centre agents that I will receive this refund in 7working days and I have yet to receive my money back.
Trying to get through to call centre to try and resolve this is a nightmare as I end up being on hold for close to 30min.
