I am really impressed with service I got after I complained on Hello Peter.
Tracy-Lee called me the next day to sort this all out, Not only did they credit my account with the R115 I had to pay in banking Fees but also the wrote off the outstanding amount on my account as compensation for all the trouble I had to go through. My debit order date is now finally on the right date and I only have good things to say about Virgin Active. I want to thank Tracy -Lee for the service she provided, she is an asset to the company and also Inshaaf for the patience and Quick replies. I did apologize (not directly, but to Tracy -Lee) to the 'rude' lady.
