Conversion to Multiply!!
On the 1st of January, Virgin Debits my account for the full instalment, i called on the 2nd of January and an agent stated that i shall receive a full refund once conversion occurs, i call on the 7th and another agent stated that i shall receive a full refund in 5 days (she dropped my call after saying that) however after sending a complaint, the sale manager calls me to do the conversion again and refund will be process 5 days' time, a WEEK later, i receive a refund for a PORTION of the Amount only, when i called i was told i receive a refund urgently on Friday, its MONDAY and nothing.
I LIKE THE WAY VIRGN ACTIVE ASSIST AND CONDUCTS THIER BUSINESS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST AND WE THE CLIENTS HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THEN TO CONTINUE CALLING THEM.
