Incorrectly billed wrong address and amounts

I got billed for August I am an a top up contract. I left enough money in my account for my monthly bill which is R321 every month. August they charge me for usage but I am top up so we don't spend more than the R321 per month.

I was charged roughly R200 more, as I left just enough for my debit order my bank also charged me an honouring fee for the additional taken off. I called 2 weeks ago and was told they would take 5-7 days to refund. I following up today and was told they credited my Virgin Mobile account, no discussion with me? As I actually need the now R320 as golly knows I actually work on a budget. The lady put me through to the accounts, this lady then said she is checking my account and then suddenly I was through to cancellations. I called a second time and still no joy. Very frustrating.

Not only was the amounts incorrect but I was billed my post box which is Chempet (Cape Town), and then SOWETO and the last line Eastern Cape? Seriously how incompetent.
