I complained about being billed a R635 while my account was up to date last month. It happened again yesterday on 13th December 2013. I have been billed again the same amount of R635. If u r owing the bank or miss one of the payments, it's a big issue. On the other hand, it's nothing for the bank to inconvenience customers. Please, I want my refund ASAP and please do not do this again.
