Last year in January i did Vitality is under my wifes medical aid since she was the prencipal member, in march it was cancelled as i didnt use it that much, i then decided to join Vitalitty again in August as i wanted to use it for gym, all was well till my wife medical aid was cancelled by her employer, Virgin active then started to charge me the full rate for the gym in November. I did understand that, what i then did i called Discovery to say activate the vitality and was told i dont have to worry as eveything is done. I relaxed but the problem came back again end of novermber when Virgin Active debited me the full amount again. Yes its not my fault that Virgin Active wasnt advised that i am on vitality again and they need to debit me the discounted rate. I would like you guys to check exactly what happened as the call centre is not helping at all. I would also need you guys to refund me that amount as that is not my fault as well that i wasnt advised accordingly.
