I switched from a normal Virgin Active account to a Multiply account which had to take affect from the the 1st of
January. It was too late to reverse the debit so the consultant said the debit order of R625 will go off, but she will arrange for a refund to be paid back within 7 days. I phoned Virgin Active on the 20th of January only to find out nothing has been requested, so being patient, i requested it again. It has now been another 8 days, which means i have waited a full month and am yet to receive my refund. This is pathetic service, Virgin Active is quick to take your money, but there seems to be a huge problem when they need to return it. The service from the Menlyn sales team is appalling, no one there knows what is going on and they make false promises. "I forgot" is not an excuse when you cost the client money.
