I have all the WRITTEN correspondance between myself and Planet fitness regarding the CANCELLATION of my membership. As explained to them on numerous telephonic and written occassions I was LEAVING SA and therefore wanted to cancel my membership. They told me how much to pay in order to settle this and my contract would be cancel effective June 2013. I have been charged THREE transactions by Planet Fitness on my SA bank account in October, November and December. And now when I dial the planet fitness number to call in JHB it just RINGS for hours.
