I originally ordered a product from Biovea in August, but it never arrived and I finally got my money refunded, all of this through "automated" email responses!!!
I thought maybe it was just an unlucky run, but see that this is how they operate!!! I have ordered the same product again (Order # 16152701 (LTK1215402994156X), and now 3 weeks later, am still waiting for delivery!!! It is very strange that products can be shipped/despatched, but there is no tracking number - and that the parcels always manage to either "get lost or " in transit...
Let's think about this... we pay for products that don't actually exist, they (Biovea) bank the money, draw on the interest, and then finally if we are lucky we get refunded!!!
I would like my money back immediately, otherwise I am going to take this matter further and expose BIOVEA for the that they are!!!
