I filed for cancellation of my account at the end of September. Planet Fitness was in breach of contract as my contract expired on 8 September and the terms and conditions clearly said that planet fitness would give me written notice 40 days before cancellation which they didn't do. I had previously asked the staff when my contract ended and they all have me the wrong dates therefore I could not give the appropriate notice. Yesterday my account was debited by a random amount and found out that my cancellation was rejected and I cannot get hold of the head office to find out why it was rejected after planet fitness was in breach of contract. The fact that planet fitness did not give me notice and that the staff told me the wrong dates means I want my cancellation immediately. My account is dha0016 and the cancellation reference is 27030
